Canal House Cooks Lunch: It’s meatball Tuesday today here at Canal House. A mixture of ground beef and lamb, grated onion, cooked rice, cream, and ground toasted cumin made the tenderest meatballs. After browning them they simmered in a delicate tomato sauce. We served them with blanched zucchini ribbons dressed with olive oil and s & p.
